Hawkestone Singers Spring Concert

After a successful sold out Christmas Concert, The Hawkstone Singers will once again present their Spring Concert midway between the budding days of spring and the hot sultry days of summer, under the direction of Scott Boyer and accompanist, Tara Johnson on:
Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 7:30 pm at the Hawkestone Community Hall
Tickets: Adults $10.00 Children 12 & under: $5.00

The Hawkestone Singers always welcomes new singers to join them in creating beautiful music as a choir and in smaller ensembles. No audition is required to join this lively group of vocalists. Our next session begins in September. Please call Julie MacLeod at 705-487-0767 for further information.
Canada Day in Hawkestone

Join us for lots of fun Canada Day events for all ages including childrens games and activities beside the Hall from noon to 4 pm, a BBQ hosted by the Scouts at noon, the famous parade at 1 pm right up the main street, and the red and white tea at the hall with music and entertainment from 2 to 4 pm. There will be a mini Farmers Market from 11 am to 3 pm with live music outside as well!

Scottish Festival Youth Dance Camp from July 16 to 21st 2012 at the
Hawkestone Community Hall. Would you like to learn how to Scottish Country
Dance and perform at the Orillia Scottish Festival? Then this summer camp is
for you! Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm, July 16th - 20th , and Saturday July
21st . Early Registration Deadline June 18 - $100.00. Late Registration
Deadline up to July 14- $125.00. Ages 6-14 years of age for both boys and

Hawkestone Kids Club
Mondays, 4 to 6 pm
Join our Kids Club, for children from Grade 1 to Grade 8, Mondays and Thursdays from 4 to 6 pm during the school year. Outdoor and indoor games, activities, fun, skating, basketball, supervised by qualified Township staff and volunteers. Call Township at 705-487-2171 or simply show up with a parent to register.
