Property Management Committee
- Contact person for maintenance problems (e.g. plumbing, water, lights, etc.)
- Responsible for securing snow-plowing, grass-cutting,flowerbed maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining security and safety (e.g. checking fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit lights, inspection of grounds for broken glass, unsafe playground equipment, etc.)
- Coordinate clean-up days
- Coordinate the management of cleaning and maintenance supplies

Decorating and Set up Committee
- Responsible for decorations for HAACA sponsored special events
- Responsible for setting up chairs, tables, etc. as required for HAACA sponsored events

Hall Rental Committee
- This committee is responsible for booking rentals and managing paper work involved. It includes meeting the needs of the renters and ensuring that they are fully aware of stipulations and procedures in the use of the Hall. They are also contacted in the case of cleaning and maintenance concerns with respect to the Hall used by renters.

Euchre Committee
- Operate a progressive Euchre Game at Hawkestone Hall every Friday afternoon from the 1st Friday after Thanksgiving through till the 1st Friday in May (holidays excepted)
- Operate annual Euchre Party (usually the last Saturday evening in March)
- Net proceeds of above activities turned over to HAACA
