Hawke n Firkin Pub Nite

Come out March 3 to our Third Annual Hawke n Firkin Pub Nite at the Hawkestone Hall. There will be karaoke, dancing, a darts tournament, prizes, a cash bar, and snacks to make a great evening! Darts tourney sign up is at 6:30 pm and play will start promptly at 7 pm. Vie for the chance to have your name on the trophy on display at the Hall!! Easter Egg Hunt in the Park 10:30 am

Sign up your child at the Hawkestone Store in the two weeks before the hunt-age categories are 1-4, 5-9 and 10 years and up. On the day of the hunt be at the park by 10:30 am sharp to participate in your age group's special Easter Egg hunt. Bring a toonie per child to the park-please try and have exact change- containers for hunters are provided-see you there! Following the hunt, there will be hotdogs from the Scouts and firetruck exploring at the Fire Hall.
Volunteer Breakfast, Egg Race and Soapbox Derby

Come out and have breakfast on us! It is time for us to thank you, our faithful volunteers, by making you breakfast at the hall, starting at 8 am on Saturday April 21. After breakfast, walk over to the park to see the famous Hawkestone Great Egg Race -win great prizes if your numbered egg is one of the fastest! Then, the soapbox derby and hot dogs will be available on the main street, by the old United Church. It is a fun morning of great activities here in the village. Hawkestone Singers Spring Concert

After a successful sold out Christmas Concert, The Hawkstone Singers will once again present their Spring Concert midway between the budding days of spring and the hot sultry days of summer, under the direction of Scott Boyer and accompanist, Tara Johnson on:

The Hawkestone Singers always welcomes new singers to join them in creating beautiful music as a choir and in smaller ensembles. No audition is required to join this lively group of vocalists. Our next session begins in September. Please call Julie MacLeod for further information.

Would you like to learn how to Scottish Country Dance and perform at the Orillia Scottish Festival? Then this summer camp is for you!
Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm, July 12 - 16, and Saturday July 23.
Early Registration Deadline June 18 - $100.00.
Late Registration Deadline up to July 14- $125.00.
Ages 7-14 years of age for both boys and girls.

Hawkestone Farmers Market starting June 29

Join us every Friday from June 29 until August 31 from 3:30 to 7 pm at the Hawkestone Farmers Market beside the Hall (look for us inside the Hall in very bad weather). Come shop from our local producers, including fresh local produce, berries, jams, preserves, pies, meats, bread, handcrafted items, and lots more! Great live music and BBQ for your supper every week. Mondays, 4 to 6 pm
Join our Kids Club, for children from Grade 1 to Grade 8, Mondays and Thursdays from 4 to 6 pm during the school year. Outdoor and indoor games, activities, fun, skating, basketball, supervised by qualified Township staff and volunteers.
